Delivery and Tracking

Currently we utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most deliveries.

For larger orders or bulky items, we use Parcelforce 48 or 24, tracked parcel service.

Our minimum postage charge is £5.00 and will apply to most orders. Certain bulky or heavy items attract a higher £10 postage charge.

We offer free delivery or certain newly released locomotives - this is stated in the item description.

We also offer free delivery on all orders with a total value in excess of £250. This is for goods only and does not include vouchers, tickets or services.

The charge applicable to your order will be advised at the checkout stage, before you place your order.

The tracking number for your order will be advised on the dispatch note e-mail to you when your item leaves us. Alternatively you may contact us and request the tracking number.

Orders may then be tracked via the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

We aim to dispatch orders received before 15:00 on the same day. At busy times, and during public holidays, this cannot be guaranteed.
