Delivery and Tracking

Currently we utilise Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most deliveries.

For larger orders or bulky items, we use Parcelforce 48, tracked parcel service.

Our minimum postage charge is £5.00 and will apply to most orders. Certain bulky or heavy items attract a higher £10 postage charge.

The charge applicable to your order will be advised at the checkout stage, before you place your order.

The tracking number for your order will be advised on the dispatch note e-mail to you when your item leaves us. Alternatively you may contact us and request the tracking number.

Orders may then be tracked via the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website.

We are aware that with the current restrictions in place some parcels are taking longer to arrive.

Whilst we still aim to dispatch orders received before 15:00 on the same day, please do allow a little longer for delivery at the moment.
